Review of Devilman: Crybaby

Ive watched a fair bit of anime in my life, not as much as the hardcore anime watcher, but definitely more than your average person. That being said no anime has ever caused me to want to write a review warning people to stay away from it until i finished watching devilman: crybaby. Maybe its because i went into with high expectations due to all the praise it had received. Maybe its because im simply a person with terrible taste. That being said this very well may have been the worst anime i have ever watched. It starts off so very promising, but the pacing,the characters, the story in general all makes for a very confusing and unenjoyable watch. After sitting through the episodes hoping to at least arrive at a conclusion that could leave me feeling as though i had not wasted all that time, thats not even remotely what i got. Instead i received what was one of the most poorly executed, unsatisfying endings of all time. Im not here to shit on this anime. If you liked it thats amazing, i sincerely hope you enjoyed it, but if my review can save one person from not watching this, i can die a very happy person.
