Vanquished Queens · review
First of all, I must emphasize that I have not seen the original series! Story: It is important to note that each episode contains a different story. The plot of each episode is very poor, and the theme is not very impressive either. Each episode takes place in a fantasy world, and BDSM content is usually the focus. Even those who might enjoy BDSM content may not find it enjoyable, because despite this being the main focus, there are few such scenes. It's simply very cheesy. You'd be better off watching a proper h*ntai. 3/10 Sounds: The background musics was average. However, there was no opening orending, which is a big negative point for me. The dubbing wasn't bad; I didn't feel any restraint from the voice actors. This is also not the strongest aspect of the anime. 4/10
Characters: Well, the characters are terribly cliché. I didn't expect character development within a single episode, but I did expect some complex thinking. Everyone is simple-minded and stuck in one role. The only character who wasn't completely bad was Tomoe, who appeared in the first episode. 4/10
Animation: The animation was average considering it started in 2013. However, I have to admit that the girls' bodies were drawn with care. On the other hand, anything that wasn't a girl, like a monster, was done very cheaply... as if I had drawn it when I was 3 years old. But even so, this was the best part of the anime. 5/10
Summary: In my opinion, this anime is not good. You can watch it, especially if you're into this kind of thing, but it feels very cheap in almost every aspect.
