On MAL this is an 8, in reality it's closer to a 7. For any longterm fan of the series, this will be a good watch and you'll be happy to see the cast back again, the animation and story is very entertaining. Lelouch is portrayed poorly compared to the anime series and the ending makes it clear that he is a different person after his death. Although overall the story was very good Lelouch's chess-like battles were concluded in much less interesting/believable methods as compared to the anime series. 1 less point for character when they drew C.C's ass like a long back
