Review of Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow

EDIT: THIS REVIEW GOT RATIOED BY A BUNCH OF BOTS. I GUESS IT HURT SOMEONES FEELINGS LOL I will never understand the negative reviews on second season of shows where the show is the same as the firsts season just done better. People really need to stop hate watching anime and review bombing because you didn't like it. That's completely fine to do on season 1 but why are you still here on season 2. If you didn't like season 1 why on Earth are you wasting a day of your life watching season 2? Don't you have better things to do? The top negative revieweron the main page Tkit gave season 1 a 2/10. Pretty much close to his worst rated anime on his list and he's here watching season 2 I mean come on man. I read 7 negative reviews and 6-7 of them were the same. Hated season 1 and I and nothing better to do so I watched a show I already hated just to hate on it again.

Now I could understand if the show underwent a massive tonal shift. Then the negative reviews on season 2 would be warranted. The most popular example I could give of this would be Vinland Saga. Season 1 and 2 of that show are so far apart in tone, it would make sense if negative reviews appeared. But as mentioned season 2 Solo Leveling is exactly the same as season 1 just better executed and more exciting.

Solo leveling does lack in character depth and story however, what is excels at is being enjoyable. It knows exactly what it is, some hot shot guy, who all the women want, gains levels, is the final boss, and most importantly knows he's the boss. If you liked season 1 you'll love season 2.
