I don't know what to comment specifically, but the manga is a comedy with hentai, so at least it won't be boring to follow. The ugly uncle is basically the last romantic in that world, he just wants to have a harem where each woman has a child of his own and a big family. So far the manga is really good, but as you advance in the story nothing relevant happens, he doesn't grow as a character, much less has a real powerful enemy in this world. In conclusion, it's almost an isekai where the MC is overpowered and has a harem, the only difference isthat the MC is an ugly and obese uncle.
