The Kagari Monster Family · review
Till this point in the story, it maintains a good flow with its story progression and family member introduction scenes. Every family member's design and powers are unique. Togo-kun's backstory is impactful and gives us a deeper understanding of why he is the way he is now in the story. My favorite character is the younger brother, Rokuta, for the calm and composed vibe he gives. I'm very excited for his past and how he ended up in the family, as he was 4 when the clan leader was murdered. The oldest brother is the newest introduction, and looking at his strength, he looks likean ogre, but that would be too predictable for his character. Still waiting for the introduction to the fishhead brother; he looks like a comedic relief character who looks like he has an emotional backstory, like not being able to fully transform and might be disowned by his real parents or his parents being killed by the humans because the guy couldn't maintain his human form in public.
Still, the concept of the manga has been previously explored by other authors, but this manga with a female protagonist and a rich cast of characters and the first big mystery of the monster slayer—I'm just here to see where the story leads to.
and I predict an anime announcement by next year.
