Review of Devilman: Crybaby

Catch me Devilman running to class (if you think it looks ugly that's fair, you should at least be able to recognize a few episodes in that it's animalistic on purpose) All the social media stuff feels really funny, it's this weird throwback to the days of everyone putting a French flag over their FB profiles (or even further back with Kony 2012)... "Je suis Devilman aussi" just feels so passe now, that kind of "universal appeal/universal solidarity" just ends up very "and then the whole bus clapped" So the fact that particular episode (I think it was ep 9) ended as it did was a welcomekick in the balls
