We've all seen a lot these types of stories where the female lead somehow ends up pretend-dating a fairly popular guy. To begin with, that itself is already a turn-off in terms of the cliché story line. The protagonist however felt far more relateable and realistic than the bulk of the female protagonists we tend to see. The male lead allows us to feel a sense of deep hatred towards him which also made me turn away due to that no girl should fall for someone that cruel. But somehow, the plot allowed for us and the male lead to soften as we rodethe emotional rollercoaster.
