I've finally decided to give this a try and it was actually worth it.. to some extent. Story: This anime is basically Darwin's evolution theory, but with devils instead of humans. It's filled with nudity and is very sex-themed. Most shows of such nature turn out to be absolute garbage. However, I can tell you that I've definitely seen much worse than this, so I won't judge this anime because of that since they do add to the premise of the story. So, how does it start, we have a childhood friend come back from the U.S. trying to hunt down devils and prove to allhumans out there that devils exist and the first step towards this noble goal is going to a sex party called sabbath which acts as the ritual to summoning demons if the atmosphere is high enough. Cool, huh?

Art: Not the best I've seen. Well, most of the style looks drug-like, but it's not so bad, honestly.

Entertainment: I enjoyed it, I like most gore titles and that's basically why I even bothered with watching this. Plenty of blood, plenty of splattered organs and people screaming in the most natural way. it somehow tries to be emotional or as you might call it "edgy" although I didn't feel it that much it was still a nice touch to add to the scenes of blood to make it feel more natural. I also liked that there were many references to the original Devilman series a number of times though it exists only as an anime here (kinda breaks the fourth wall and I ship it). There was also a number of plot twists which take the events into an even darker atmosphere. I personally think if this had been a full 24 or at least 12 episode series then they'd have had a better chance to express those emotions they try to convey here, but as there are so many and they have to take care not to rush the events, they just turn out to be weaker than they should.

Sound: Not a breaking point, I watched it dubbed because I expected to find it better, but it wasn't as good as other titles Netflix released and it even felt off with a number of characters. The OST is also not good to my TASTE, but you might like it if you're into that superhero stuff.
