Review of Akira

Jesus Cocksucking Christ this film is incredible. An immaculate creation if ever there was one. Some say that it has a weak story but I completely disagree; it's hard to follow on a first watch but after seeing it twice it's a lot easier to discern what's going on and A LOT happens over the course of the story. So much was going on, in fact, that I decided not to read the manga after my second viewing because of how much the movie drained me, despite planning on reading it afterwards. But yeah, an absolutely immaculate experience. Flawless animation and cinematography, excellent directing, agood story, fantastic villain, solid MC, amazing action, etc. A classic if ever there was one. I can't wait to read the manga
