charming movie i went into this movie with high expectations only for them to be surpassed !! the animation is smooth and there are many scenes that feature complex backgrounds and movement. the dialogue is really well written and fits each character perfectly. i have watched both the dub and sub and can say that the dub was beautiful. todd did an outstanding job as watanuki, and everyone else had an overall decent dub :DDD if i could travel to any anime world i would choose xxxHOLiC just so i could visit the mansion in this movie !!!! my only complaint is that it was released in onlytwo languages (jap and eng) ... i really wish that there was a german dub-
i suggest watching this on genoanime since it provides the HD version. watching this at night or when it's raining also adds to the experience lollllll
