Koi, Hirari · review

I have encountered the story of Koi Hirari a million times in different variations. It's the same with the characters. There's a really cool, talented guy from a rich family. Then there's an ordinary girl who's never been in love. Shockingly, they fall in love. But his family is not too thrilled by her humble origins. And yes, there's also a jealous brother, the other woman who brings additional conflict between the characters. If it weren't for the art by Mitsuki Miko, Koi Hirari would be just another generic shoujo manga. However, her beautiful art which makes you feel like there's more to the charactersand to the story than there is make this manga rather enjoyable. So if you're a sucker for nice art, and you don't mind yet another mindless plot, there really should be nothing to stop you from reading Koi, Hirari.
