Review of Attack on Titan: Final Season - The Final Chapters
Hello. I've watched many anime by now, and I'm firmly convinced that Attack on Titan is the best. By a very large margin. I was just shocked and overwhelmed with emotions when I finished watching this anime. At the end, I had to cry three times in a row because it was so sad, but at the same time, I was impressed by the emotional depth and incredible storytelling. I had to go for a walk first and then spent hours reflecting on how beautiful this journey actually was. It's rare for an anime to have such a strong emotional impact while also raising somany questions and thoughts. From beginning to end, everything just makes sense; it was all planned, structured, and perfectly reflected. The world that was created is so detailed and complex that it captivates you from the very first episode. AND THE MUSIC. Simply brilliant, epic, captivating, emotional, and so on. The soundtrack is unforgettable and enhances the scenes in a way that only the best anime can. I can't stop praising this anime. Animation, soundtrack, characters, story, plots... EVERYTHING IS GREAT. Every single episode builds upon the last and offers new surprises. There are always moments that take your breath away and make you want to learn more. The character development is outstanding – you see the evolution of the characters in a very believable way. This is more of a summary than an actual review, but the anime did so many things right that it needs to be mentioned again. And to all those who didn't like the ending: There can't always be a happy ending, and Attack on Titan is the perfect example of how to create a great anime with a sad, but also deeply meaningful, ending. That’s the purpose of the anime. Why? Because it was always meant to be this way from the very beginning. The characters' decisions are often difficult and conflicted, and that's exactly what makes them so human. The most important thing I want to talk about is the story. You don’t need 100+ episodes to tell a good story COMPLETELY, BUT I don't want to shittalk longer anime. Attack on Titan managed to tell an epic, deep story in fewer episodes, keeping the viewer captivated and excited for years. I love you all <3.
