Review of Umamusume: Pretty Derby Season 3

Season 3 of Pretty Derby doesn't hit quite the same high as season 2 did, but it's an overall better package that still manages to end with a triumphant, if bittersweet, roar that had me pumping my fist when my favorite anthro horse girl ran real good. While it's still got some of the same issues that the other seasons had (too many damn characters, character who's shown up like 5 times suddenly becomes an important rival for like one episode), they're minimized here with the main cast kept nice and tight and the focus kept pretty squarely on Kitasan Black and Satono Diamond, whoplay off each other as friends and rivals in some fun and compelling ways. Great stuff and my favorite season of Pretty Derby thus far, sorry Teio
