Review of High School of the Dead

I don't always rewatch an anime, but when I do, it has to be as good as Highschool of the Dead. People often criticize the show because of the women having unrealistic bodies but never actually bother to see BEYOND that. There are literally PLENTY of other shows which feature nudity, and so does HOTD. OK so maybe they over do it with the constant panty shots and shaky boobs, but the story is AMAZING, and the zombies are very, VERY interesting. Usually when I see zombie movies like 'I am Legend' or 'World War Z' my only problem with them is the fact the zombiesRUN TOO FAST for a DEAD person, and HOTD solved that problem for me.

The dub is literally the best. I have not seen anime dubbed as well this one, and the voice actors seem really comfortable in their role.

If you like Zombie content, this IS FOR YOU. But bear in mind that it is incomplete and will probably NEVER be completed.

I bought the Omnibus version of the manga to support the author, Daisuke Sato last year but he died this year in March and I am very saddened by his death. He didn't receive the praise or the rewards he deserved for this amazing series. But he left a lot of people, like me, happy through his work. :)
