Review of High School of the Dead

Highschool of the Dead... more like zombies and panty shots. This is about a bunch of girls(all extremely well-endowed) and two guys who get to hang out in the midst of all this bouncing gloriousness! This show is fanserve extreme! The show goes out of its way to give us panty-shots, even if they have to follow the corse of a bullet as it zooms between a girls legs, then between anothers boobs... just gives us that up close and personal feel. Or putting a gun on a girls chest so that the kick from it has to jiggle her boobs(this givesus the funniest line from the show though, "my boobs are killing me becaue you used them to balance an ak-47!) Or putting the girls in white tops, and then driving a vehicle into the river! I mean im all for meaningless camera time spent on boobs, but cmon isnt this a bit much... nah.
Sure there is alot of action and adventure and stuff too... action in a bathtub, and adventure into a girls blouse... In all seriousness though, theres a good fair bit of fight scenes, and the story itself is fairly interesting, it keeps you interested at least. Its funny too, kinda like when they're bastardizing mother goose. The characters themselves actually have far more depth than i would have figured on when i started watching, and the animation is wonderful!
I say that this is my favorite anime to date(thats really saying alot) heres how intrigued i was by it, i went online and watched the first 3 minutes of episode one and before i knew it, I had placed an order for it on Amazon. So yeah, really good, cant wait for season 2.
