This movie is pretty much an introduction of Precure Blossom and Precure Marine to the Precure All Stars group. Every girl appears, every fairy appears and... even the villains show up! Which in my opinion is what made this movie stand out. It feels like a celebration of the franchise and that includes the villains of course. There's plenty of action in this movie to enjoy but I think the final showdown was dragged out and thus became boring to watch. This movie will not blow your mind but it's entertaining enough to recommend to a Precure fan. It's a 7/10.
