Review of Natsume's Book of Friends

I don't watch a lot of slice of life anime, but this is a good one. The story is simple and it has slow development, it doesn't bring out heavy emotions but it's pretty heartwarming. I watched a lot of drama & psychological animes so this feel a bit plain to me. The animation is just ok (it's made in 2008 so don't expect too much), the sound however is a bit flat and didn't convey the mood properly (especially at episode 10). Overall it's an enjoyable anime and I do recommend you to watch it, but honestly I'm not interested enough to continue it to thenext season.
