A big lump of awesome. Giant weapon in one hand, power that literally suffocates, disturbing egotistical villain, and don't forget the sweet and sour girl with short hair. It is a bit like Bleach met DBZ and they compromised on the level of seriousness with a pinch of that "no need for unnecessary fights" you get from some protagonists. Maybe not a must see, but definitely a should see.
