This anime has left me with a warm, fuzzy feeling that I just can't shake off. I'll be honest, I went into this series not knowing what to expect. But from the very first episode, I was hooked. There's something about the way the characters interact, the way the story unfolds, that just draws you in. And as you progress through the episodes, you find yourself becoming more and more attached to the characters. I mean, who wouldn't fall in love with Kaito's passion for filmmaking or Ichika's adorable quirks? What really got me, though, was the way the series captured the essence of summer. I mean,I'm a 90s kid, and this anime brought back so many nostalgic memories of my own summer vacations. The way the sunlight filters through the trees, the sound of the crickets, the feeling of freedom and adventure that comes with the season... it's all so perfectly captured.

Of course, no anime is perfect, and Waiting in the Summer has its flaws. Some of the supporting characters feel a bit one-dimensional, and the pacing can be a bit slow at times. But honestly, those are just minor quibbles in what is otherwise a fantastic series.

As I finished the final episode, I couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness. I was going to miss these characters, this world, this feeling of summer nostalgia that the series had so perfectly captured. But at the same time, I knew that I'd always carry it with me, like a warm memory that I could revisit whenever I wanted.

So if you're looking for an anime that will leave you feeling all the feels, look no further than Waiting in the Summer. Trust me, you won't regret it.
