I found this movie to be extremely depressing. I got quite bored throughout the movie as there was a lot of talking scenes where there was no action. A few things that really annoyed me was that the art was completely different to the one in the anime series, as was the voices of the characters. If you're a big fan of the series, I suggest you watch it as you get to know heaps about Kenshin's past, and how he got the scar on his cheek. :)
