This is basically if Tommy Wiseau made Austin Powers. It fails to be a 'good anime', even as a regular comedy anime, but it is truly so bad that it's good. There are some incomprehensible scenes with a lot of unnecessary scenes, but whatever. Also, I think it could have gotten another 2 episodes, although it probably should have brought in a new villain at some point. The art definitely leaves something to be desired, but it kind of works for what it is. So, overall it is a solid 8 if you have a good sense of humor. That is all.
