Review of Tsukigakirei

Everything in this series is just so real. Tsuki ga Kirei encompasses the realistic approach in high school romance where a two flawed high schooler started their connection just by them having the same class in school. Love is just the best feeling in this short human lifespan and how other parties can affect them. The story progresses through their experiences as a couple where both sides have complete understanding of the flaws of the other party, as a self-anxious girl yet can be passionate on what she loves and a literature-geek boy who chooses to live in a two different world; alone and to someonehe is comfortable with, and how they handle the relationship problems that might arise. The series also conveys how the constructed societal hierarchy affects one another, that can be seen by emphasizing the families of both parties and how they affect and decide to someone that is inferior to them, but also letting us realize that family will always be there for us no matter what you become.
