Story: Normal. A student with psychic powers going to school. Nothing surprising but, the situations that the protagonist passes are very interesting. Art: Normal. Some imperfections here and there but, it flows. It makes the characters even funnier. Especially the Nendou Riki. Sound: It's not so bad. Just complements the anime, nothing spectacular. Character: The best characters in a comedy are here. Maybe just miss out on the characters from Arakawa Under the Bridge. Everyone is charismatic and can turn any scene into a comedy. It's really very funny! Saiki can make you laugh at anything, anytime. But Nendou is the one who draws the most attention, how cananyone be so dumb and funny at the same time? It's hilarious.

Teruhashi is a little overdone, but he's also a good character.

Enjoyment: Very funny jokes. You cling to the characters by charisma and that's one thing in the genre. Saiki and Nendou were a pair of best friends who together, have a level of humor more than * 8,000 *.

Shun is also very funny, his Chuunibyou made me laugh a lot.

Overall: As I said earlier, it's one of the best comedy anime I've ever seen. Only lose to Arakawa.
Would recommend to anyone and I will watch the second season for sure.

Sorry for the graph, this review is from a Brazilian.
Thanks for reading.
