Pros - Great art style and character design. Each person has different looks (Especially the supporting characters) and the equipment looks cool (Weapon, armor, etc) - Great sound effect - Cool battle scene and visual effect. Each character has distinct battle style and skills - Has great potential in the future if they decide to make a sequel Cons - Lack of character's personality and background - You need to watch the precursor anime (Fate/stay night or Fate/zero) to get a better grasp about the whole situation. Since both of them are good, I recommend you to watch it first to raise your enjoyment and your knowledge about Fate series - So manythings left unexplained and it's quite confusing for newcomer in Fate series
