Under the Dog is one of those OVA's where it feels like an episode in a series rather than one singular thing. As a result there isn't that much going on. The story is very vague, within the 28 minute time frame it didn't manage to give you an understanding of everything. There's just assassins called 'Flowers' and there are monsters known as Pandora's and they're all having a duke out with the US military over a boy...or something. That being said, the action scenes were very enjoyable to watch and the visuals were quite nice. If Under the Dog had a longer run time, or a movieor more episodes it would have been a lot better than it was. It has potential to create a interesting world if they ever make more, but hypotheticals doesn't really make it any better.

Overall it was an enjoyable OVA even if none of it made any sense.
