The Furious Yama 2 · review
Season 2 gradually ramping up it's game. More edge of seats situation. plenty of depth compared to season 1. Season 2 got the blessing it could hope for, a 15 min/ep compared to the 7 min range of the 1st season. Expanding new characters that western viewers might relate to. Conflicts and drama, though not Death Note level of mystery thrill, it is still quite enjoyable. The sudden serious tone might be a shock to some viewers as it was more on the sudden side compared to Reincarnated as a Slime.Pacing got significantly improved, but still wanted more.
It is recommended for viewers to have some background on some on both Western and Eastern Dieties in order to fully enjoy this artistically crafted lore expansion.
Excited for Season 3
