To me this story reads more smut than romance, but it's still good enough. The romance is ordinary and a little bit too hamfisted for its own good, with the usual plot about an uke who's tormented with being gay and whatnot. But still, the art is nice, and I sure enjoy the seme. The smut is lewd and sweet and passionate. I think this story is pretty wholesome in how it approaches the usual self-loathing situation. Drama is present but quickly resolved and doesn't overstay its welcome. One larger complaint I'd probably give is that they kinda wasted the side characters. The MC's dormitory has morecharacters that are well-drawn but all of them basically just lingers in the background. I can see the author basically preparing for extra stories and whatnot...but in that case they should probably add more screentime to these characters first.
