The best anime of the season so far. Nippon Sangoku has an actual new and refreshing concept, and a very unique style. The pacing is snappy but in an enjoyable way, and the writing is good. It is a great mix of funny and serious and I'm excited to see where it goes. This political strategic sort of story isn't for everyone but I find it more interesting than the same recycled content as usual. The animation is also great, and the cinematography is as well. I think the director did a great job, it almost feels Wes Anderson esque.
