A Wish of My Sister is the prototype manga for Aki Sora. It's by the same mangaka, published a couple years earlier, and you can clearly see the author testing out the ideas and even the artwork that would later turn into Aki Sora. The big difference is that where Aki Sora had enough plot to get itself published in a Seinen magazine, A Wish of My Sister is pure Hentai. The first story is easily the longest and best of them, and also the one most clearly recognizable if you've read Aki Sora. An effeminate boy is caught cross-dressing by his extremely beautiful andpopular older sister who has always been a bro-con; she takes the opportunity to have sex with him. Eventually a classmate of his gets drawn into the action as well. If you've read Aki Sora, you'll recognize the plot and characters immediately.

The rest of it is fairly standard incest hentai, for better or worse.

Over all, it's maybe slightly above-average incest hentai. That being said, if you like Aki Sora, it's interesting to see the author play around with some of the ideas and artwork, so I would recommend it to Aki Sora fans on that level.
