Review of Akira

One of the greatest animated movies of all time, and one of the greatest movies of all time, period. Incredibly animated, full amazing action, brutal violence and great characters. The musical score is one of my favorites, and Tetsuo is one of my favorite villains. You really can't help but feel bad for the poor kid. One of my favorite aspects of this movies is the soundtrack. It's almost impossible to describe. It's like a combination of motorbike sounds, childlren's voices, dying breaths and crashing metal. It makes the atmosphere of the whole thing feel very harsh, which makes sense seeing how the world of Akira is full of violence andchaos.

Amazing.
