Review of Dororo
I'm gonna give my best to keep this review short and simple. The anime was amazing, I hadn't watched something so great in a long time. The story was overwhelming, I can't even express how much it impressed me. The plot (read it in the summary) was simple, yet able to make you feel not only happy, but also sad, frustrated, devastated and - honestly - a bit gross, ''cause there are many cut-off limbs and so much blood. The ending really left me shattered and hit me right in the feelings. Dear storywriters, WHY DID IT HAVE TO END IN THAT WAY. Except for that,it was great.
The characters were really well-developed, there was a great diversity amongst them and they were amazingly deep. And - just to note for the female viewers - Hyakkimarou (let's hope that's the spelling) was quite cool and handsome, I had to watch some scenes twice, because he distracted me. Actually, he reminds me of an Uchiha - that's enough of a compliment, I believe. Dororo - the other leading character - was so sweet and charming.
The art and sound were perfect, nothing else to say.
Overall, I usually have problems with my fav-lists, because I can't choose what to put and what to remove, but the moment I started Dororo, I immediately put it 4th in the list. It really is a great anime, it made me feel as if I am watching something from the level of Naruto. If you have any doubts, please, remove them, take some pop-corns and go to the illegal pages for anime viewing. it's time for you to watch something awesome.
