Weird take on CGDCT, Kaiju Girls' main premise is precisely that: girls (chibi) that can transform into anthropomorphized Kaiju, the girls are basically students and have peculiar personalities, which depending on your tastes can either be grating or comedic. I personally liked it a lot. Each episode is about 5 minutes long, just a bunch of shorts with intermittent punchlines. If you go into this looking for anything other than a cheap chuckle then prepare to be disappointed. For me, I can't sit through more than a few episodes at a time but if you take it for what it is (bite sized humor) ratherthan a protracted narrative it can be enjoyable.

Not much to talk about in art and sound but the characters, while relatively one-dimensional, interact in amusing ways.
