Ai (ona) is not supposed to be looked at as if it were an anime series or movie, but rather as one would look at a painting. It captures a raw emotion of desperation. As the character fades in and out, you can see a look of pain on her face, but that is not all. There is also a look of strong will, attempting to overcome whatever force is affecting her. I feel as though a great piece of art should be moving, and i think Ai (ona) is. The girl depicted is literally attempting to resist the end of her story. Thework questions what would motivate someone to have such willpower to resist the end, even when you know your time is up, and your ending is inevitable.

Even though it is so short, Rapparu managed to cram so much raw emotion into this work, and I believe that the meaning of a work and how it is conveyed is more important than the work itself.
Thus: Ai (ona), although short deserves a good score.
