I loved this anime, a raw way of seeing life. I was waiting so long for the continuation, and now that it's over I'm sad... always crying with each episode... I hope there's another season. What I didn't understand about the hooded figure is who was in the wheelchair at the end, or who was he? The story was unique; in the end, I understood that the hooded figure wasn't death itself, but rather the creator of everything. I didn't like not seeing the final outcome for the guardian girl... just knowing she was going abroad... but what else?... And what happened to the boy and his gnome?Did he possess him in the end? Did he wake up and do they coexist?

How did everyone else grow old, and go... but the rest of their friends remained young? Had they already died during those 60 years? And were they reincarnated? Where did they all go, to the future, a new century?.. this anime always intrigated me
