The second part is notably worse than the first. Even so, the whole manhwa has an incredibly cute artstyle and is an overall blast to read. The scenarios are fun to think about and there's just the right balance of wholesomeness and perversion. It focuses on office scenes and work dynamics, it's mostly vanilla, but with many scenes of 'holding the moan' in risky situations. The main characters are well fleshed out and relatively deep for a hentai. You really bond with them over the course of the story. I don't know what about MAL's rules makes it have the tag 'Erotica' instead of 'Hentai', it's afull-fledged hentai manhwa with multiple sex scenes, however sometimes the framing makes it seem like these scenes are presented in a tame way, especially in comparison with japanese hentai.
