Here we have a short story about a young boy & his mother who are being chased by loan sharks. The concept is well executed especially considering how its all fitted into 1 volume/4 chapters. The art is nothing out of the ordinary for this kind of suburban set story and the main draw of the manga is the story & characters. The characters are well developed during the short length and have obvious motivations with most focus placed on the main boy, a nameless teenager being hounded by loan sharks & generally being moody. The story mainly focuses on the previous events this boy hasexperienced and how he responds to them after a turning point in his life.

Summary: Short story that's worth the read if you're willing to pick it up but by no means a masterpiece. 5.5/10
