I've come to realize that if every future installment was just this, slice of life, I would still enjoy it. Don't get me wrong I like the main series that has not only the cuteness and comedy but also surprisingly good action, animation, and likable characters, but this is fun too. Just watching these adorable characters interact with each other in everyday life situations, exaggerated sure, but still everyday life situations. It's extremely laid back and relaxing, and that's just what I need sometimes. I do wonder why this wasn't released with the main Joint Fighter Wing series, other than thefact that it's 30 minutes long and those episodes were just 13 minutes long, because it just came out later the same year, 2019, and is literally exactly the same in terms of plot and structure.
