Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

TLDR: Check it out of you like high school romance/drama manga **SA TRIGGER WARNING** I think the title might make people think it's a yaoi manga or something, but so far it's a straight up high school romance/drama with a more serious plot point dealing with a female teacher sexually assaulting a male middle schooler. Further more, the story takes place 3 years after the incident when the mc is attending an all-boys high school. Kaede, our main character, is seemingly a normal high school student who hangs out with his friends and wants a girlfriend, however, due to his past trauma he has difficulties when dealingwith the opposite sex.

This issue is recognised when a chance encounter with a female student triggers Kaede's PTSD and we, the reader, get a glimpse of how serious Kaede's trauma is.

There are only 4 chapters at the time of writing this review but so far the general premise has been well established and we are now following Kaede slowly beginning to face his trauma through interacting with a female high schooler who he met through a chance encounter.

The story has struck a good balance between being serious and lighthearted. It's not Boys Abyss levels of dark but the premise is still pretty grim so seeing Kaede trying his best to overcome his past is truly enjoyable.

Overall, give this one a chance if you like the whole romance/drama high school situation.

I'm hoping we get at least 50 or so chapters to flesh out the story and to properly explore the narrative that has been set up before us.
