This series has a ton of problems. The story is directionless. MC is completely unlikable. It's a medical drama with no urgency. Typically the hook of a medical drama is helping people, but the author here kind of forgot about that part. From the first chapter we're shown the MC is an all powerful super genius medical wizard and yet he spends his days having picnics in the park without a care in the world. There's no villains. No story. No comedy. No action. Very light romance. I get the feeling this was made because someone had to fill a quota at work.
