It's been a while since I felt emotional while reading a manga. When you thought you'd seen it all, you got a series with immense emotional power. Here we have a reincarnated person who got inserted into the body of a side character. While it does take place in a game world, he originally decided to live a decent life not being a generic stereotype. Long story short, he makes confident choices to do the right thing even if he is aware of how the game story should go. What pulls you in revolves around his ideology regarding families he still applies from his past life. It'ssort of tricky to explain so you would have to read the series yourself. This manga also dives into the uncomfortable truth of what things should have been like if the MC had never shown up.

So I strongly urge people to give this series a shot, it will change the way you see game characters.
