Review of Kaguya-sama: Love is War -Ultra Romantic-
This is the best romantic comedy ever in the history of romantic comedies. Here's why. Kaguya-sama while still showing the hilarious life of the Student council, brings two main characters coming from two different sides of Japan; the wealthy and powerful Shinomiya empire's Kaguya and the boy who worked his way to the top Miyuki. Their relationship unfolds to show how much Miyuki works to become Kaguya's equal, or a "man worthy of Kaguya", while Kaguya's development becomes someone who sees everyone else in the school as tools, but as people worthy of relationships with her. The art is outstanding and they pouredtheir budget into showing this story at the highest quality, and even more. So many extra details that lots of other anime neglect that make the anime just that much better.
Every opening is a banger, with your favorite Japanese uncle singing them.
Overall I just can't express how much I want more of this series adapted if it's going to be at this quality. Though, if they don't decide to animate anymore, as a manga reader I implore you to read the manga. It's one of the very few things I look forward to reading every week.
