The title is actually a play on words. Usotsuki meaning liar and lily, which actually means yuri (translation of yuri is lily). So the title is actually Liar Lesbian essentially because that's what the story is about. The heroin, Hinata, was confessed by the hottie En, the "hero" (doesn't sound nice like heroin). Hinata accepted the confession because she has a thing for hot looking guys. What she didn't know was that En has a problem, he detest boys so much that he cross dresses into a beautiful girl. Thus the romantic story of two appearing "lesbians" in their everyday life. Hense the usotsuki inthe title cuz it isn't.
