This one is really messed up! Kazuo Umezu usually writes some disturbing work but it's a lot more out there with heavy sci fi themes. This ones still sci fi but i feel like since it's a lot more human and relatable compared to his other work. The themes are really heavy, so the darker scenes have had a really big impact on me. I'm used to bad things happening in Umezu manga but there's usually a feeling that things are going to work out to a certain extent at least for the major characters, but he decided to go against that path right from thestart.

It's not my favorite Umezu work but it's up to his usual high standards. Definitely think you should check it out if you're a fan of horror manga.
