Great story, European theater as main focus but the plot armor is present. I love how the studio did this show, however we have something different this time from the fighting witches. This is based up on the ladies who sang to boost morale during World War 2. A topic rarely even addressed in any media unless it's specialized documentaries pretty much. The story does ask for tears to some extend, which shows the studio did add in a great deal of feeling for all characters and the story. I do have a feeling there could be need for a few changes. Using a bomber as transportaircraft is for example plain stupidity, although they did make a awesome representation for the exterior. The interior however was way to much space, the girls sit in what is essentially a bomb bay where not much space is at. So this is a 'to suit the story' type of thing. Another thing is all of their Strikers are based on 1 single aircraft and not even mentioned or shown what it should represent. Which is a shame, it would be awesome to see the specific details for such things within the series.
For this specific anime I would have guessed the story would contain ladies from the Netherlands and Poland, but not Finland and Russia. Specially with the Ukraine war you would think Russia would be excluded and replaced. This would just be a great opportunity to add other countries instead of the same ones pretty much.
Graphics and sound are amazing, nothing bad about this to mention.
