the art in this manga was cleaner and overall was better than its prequel .in this story unlike the first you could differentiate between the character more easily .the story was well explained and in my opinion easier to understand as compared to its prequel.but in the end i believe it was worth the read. the main story goes like this ... hal resigns and etou kai resumes work as a matori , but he has no memory of hal or of the year he had spent as a narc ... NOTE: one should read the prequel first to have abetter understanding of the characters and thestory as much of it was connected like ryuugen and hal and etous past...
