For the Musical Genius · review
A delightful read! While the story leans on familiar tropes for fans of the time-travel genre, I still enjoyed it for its charm and execution. The journey might be predictable, but it’s precisely that familiarity that made it comforting and enjoyable for me. The art style is a perfect fit for the story, capturing the characters' emotions beautifully—especially during the performance scenes, which felt reminiscent of PPPPPP but with a more wholesome and had a better conclusion. The characters, though not deeply explored due to the short length, were well-rounded for the story’s purpose. I think fans of short, heartfelt stories with a touch of time-travel will enjoythis one. It doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it doesn’t need to. The strong visuals, engaging premise, and depth make it a worthwhile read, especially if you’re looking for something quick and enjoyable.
