tl:dr at bottom This was a lot cuter than I expected it to be The story follows a freeter (pretty much a guy who only works part-time jobs) that picks up two cat/human hybrids called nukos and raises them. The entire manga is just about their antics together (sometimes with a few side characters) and shows how cute and adorable the nukos are and how much the MC loves them. So there's not really a plot to be found here, although there are a few chapters that follow certain storylines to give more info about the main characters and their backstories. The characters aren't very original to behonest. They follow pretty standard tropes, but it doesn't really matter when the main focus of it is to show the nukos being cute.

The artwork in this manga could use a bit of polishing up, if I'm being honest. It's not very clean, but it does its job.

Overall, I can't really explain why this is good. Everything I've said up to this point sounds bad, but this is definitely something that I'd recommend if you just want to read a chill and cute manga about cats
