Review of Devilman: Crybaby

this anime seemed promising but near the end I was shocked of how stupid it was couple of little tips: 1) if an anime tried to use 666 as a symbol for satan you can be 666% sure the writers were incompetent!, the shallowest and laziest symbolism I've ever seen 2) if the main character cries more than all the females combined in an anime, there is a really good chance that the writers don't know sh*t about character development 3) if the Villain suddenly grows boobs for no reason you can be sure tha... Do I need to explain?I don't even want to talk about the animation

Please for the love of humanity! Stop Japanese from speaking English in Anime! Cringe was too strong

writers tried to make this anime symbolic and meaningful (which is a good thing), their main idea was to show humans in general can be evil out of fear of unknown, there is nothing wrong with this idea but how it was implemented in the anime, let's say for example tomorrow you find out there are monsters hidden among us, would you go berserk and try to massacre other people? No, you would be more cautious about your friends but you wouldn't kill them, you would wait for scientists to find something, That's what the majority of people would do

in the anime However everyone tries to kill one another or even innocent people out of suspicion! well that's not how humanity works, so we can't really relate to the reaction of people

the only good thing was opening, it was awesome but besides that it was a complete waste of time
