To start off, I really enjoyed this season. There are lots of emotions going on. It is like riding on a roller coaster. Although the overall story is about shogi, but there are other elements which is mix into it. It makes my heart fluffy, warm and kinda like bittersweet feelings. Moreover, the characters development is really good; both major and minor characters. It is not like season 1 where it really focus more on Rei; it is more balance with the Kawamoto family, a little of backstory of minor characters and Rei. I find this is more enjoyable compare to season 1. Dogive it a try. At least I loved it!
